Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-performing real estate agents. Build relationships, attend networking events, collaborate with sales managers, maintain employer branding, ensure compliance, and manage onboarding and training.

Support recruitment and expansion efforts by initiating outreach, qualifying prospective real estate agents, scheduling recruitment meetings, managing CRM records, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to drive candidate engagement and pipeline development.

Serve as the operational backbone for the Strategic Growth Department: own and administer the Growth CRM, build reporting and dashboards, analyze recruiting and growth metrics, prepare executive presentations, manage onboarding and performance scorecards, drive process improvements, coordinate meetings and travel, and support leadership with actionable insights to scale recruiting and market expansion.
