Manage full production lifecycle, direct on-camera talent, capture supporting photography, optimize assets for platform distribution, maintain equipment, collaborate with agents and production teams, and analyze performance to inform creative decisions.

Serve as the operational backbone for the Strategic Growth Department: own and administer the Growth CRM, build reporting and dashboards, analyze recruiting and growth metrics, prepare executive presentations, manage onboarding and performance scorecards, drive process improvements, coordinate meetings and travel, and support leadership with actionable insights to scale recruiting and market expansion.

Lead the evolution of internal and agent-facing technology platforms, managing product strategy from discovery to launch, while ensuring operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
