Owns five revenue operations pillars: deal desk, software provisioning, analytics, time-critical HubSpot marketing support, and DealHub CPQ change management. Partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to improve quote-to-cash workflows, automate manual processes, strengthen reporting, document SOPs, and advise sales leadership. Provides cross-functional coverage across CRM, quoting, deal desk, and provisioning operations.

Own new business across North American betting and gaming, generating pipeline, winning new logos, and managing sales processes through close. Build relationships with operators and platform providers, sell fraud prevention, AML, and identity solutions, maintain accurate CRM forecasting, and collaborate with marketing, product, partnerships, and customer success. Serve as the internal voice of the vertical while staying informed on regulatory and competitive developments.

Own the competitive intelligence program for fraud prevention and AML compliance. Responsibilities include developing CI strategy, conducting primary and secondary research, maintaining competitive databases, creating battlecards and win/loss analyses, supporting sales calls, informing marketing and product positioning, evaluating competitor architectures, managing CI knowledge, and optimizing intelligence workflows with AI capabilities.
