The Cloud Services Engineer will lead cloud transformation initiatives, design secure infrastructure, and mentor teams while ensuring compliance and best practices in cloud services.

Creates and updates branded graphics and visual assets for digital, print, presentations, social media, newsletters, web content, and internal communications. Applies brand standards, prepares files for publication and production, incorporates stakeholder feedback, reviews work for quality, organizes creative assets, and conducts basic design research. This remote role supports the Marketing and Communications team and requires a design portfolio.

Supports USDA cloud services by maintaining FedRAMP Agency ATO documentation, SSPs, control records, assessment evidence, inventories, and POA&Ms. Coordinates with control owners and 3PAOs, documents risks and controls, supports remediation of assessment findings, and provides guidance to the documentation team. Requires FedRAMP experience, active Public Trust clearance, technical writing, analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
