Teams at Seeq

Lead end-user facing engineering squads (about half the team), grow engineering capacity, and provide hands-on technical leadership. Drive distributed computing, cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, Agile/Scrumban, mentoring, conflict resolution, and product delivery for a remote-first, time-zone-compatible global team. Travel periodically for face-to-face team interactions.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategy execution, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, manage operating cadence and executive communications, implement OKR/KPI tracking, and ensure organizational alignment and operational excellence during high-growth scaling.

Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features across frontend (TypeScript + React) and backend (Python, Node.js, or JVM languages). Own end-to-end development, testing, CI, databases, and cloud/distributed systems. Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews and pair programming, and work in an agile, remote team.
