Own the automated testing strategy and frameworks across the company’s UI and service-oriented systems. Build risk-weighted coverage dashboards, API-based integration tests, CI quality guardrails, and AI-assisted testing workflows using Claude and MCP tooling. Coach engineers to own automated tests, reduce flaky tests and escaped defects, and lead the Quality Enablement practice. The role requires hands-on coding across unit, integration, contract, and browser testing while partnering with engineering, product, and platform teams.

Lead full-funnel, omnichannel growth campaigns to improve conversion, accelerate sales velocity, and increase platform adoption. Own HubSpot execution, email nurtures, lifecycle automations, testing, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment with sales, RevOps, and product marketing.

Design and run post-sales enablement across Implementation, Customer Experience, Support, and Data Management to shorten time-to-value, boost activation and adoption, improve resident support, and standardize data flows. Build playbooks, training, knowledge bases, asynchronous content, and feedback loops; partner cross-functionally to measure program impact and drive continuous improvement.
