Lead go-to-market strategy and messaging for the Resident Benefits Package (RBP). Own positioning, partner and sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and launch execution. Drive adoption insights, create collateral (decks, one-pagers, battlecards), interview customers, and translate insights into recommendations. Use AI tools to scale PMM workflows and measure GTM impact across Sales, Success, and Product.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will significantly enhance platform development and experimentation, focusing on AI integration and efficient software workflows. You'll manage end-to-end processes, develop core infrastructure, and employ AI coding agents to refine engineering practices, ultimately improving velocity and output quality.
