Lead Sealed’s product and engineering team as a hands-on product leader. Own product strategy, roadmap, engineering execution, experimentation, data-driven decisions, and AI adoption. Manage and grow engineers and product builders, oversee an Engineering Manager, partner with revenue teams, and shape the boundary between product and services. The role reports to the CEO and supports Sealed’s home electrification and energy-incentive platform.
