Embed with North America commercial teams to deliver forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial analysis; build business cases; support pricing, promotions and channel decisions; manage budgets and P&L to improve profitability; ensure US GAAP compliance; identify process improvements and present insights to leadership.

Partner with the North America leadership team to align people strategy with commercial goals, diagnose capability gaps, drive organizational design, embed performance management, manage US employee relations and payroll, ensure employment law compliance, and lead selected global Talent & Culture initiatives to support growth.

Support sales operations by maintaining CRM data, producing recurring reports and forecasts, tracking forecast accuracy, and enabling S&OP processes. Perform variance analysis, cross-functional data alignment with Finance/Merchandising/Supply Chain, support order management metrics, and provide ad-hoc analysis to improve sales productivity and decision-making.
