Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers from contract signing through go-live. Manage multiple implementations, configure POS software, coordinate hardware installations, train users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure implementation readiness. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering while maintaining project plans, documentation, and proactive customer communication. Travel regularly to customer locations, including occasional evenings, weekends, overnight stays, and Sunday installations.

Own QA strategy and release quality for POS, back-office, and payments products. Build automated unit, integration, API, contract, and end-to-end tests; integrate testing into GitHub Actions; validate hardware, offline modes, payment flows, and upgrades; establish release gates and test environments; monitor quality metrics; reproduce merchant issues; and coach engineers on testable design and quality practices.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Android-based POS software and hardware, troubleshooting payments, inventory, reporting, networking, and device issues. Investigate logs and system behavior, resolve escalated customer cases, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on bugs and fixes. Maintain troubleshooting documentation, assist with releases and hardware compatibility testing, and participate in on-call coverage for critical incidents.

Own product design for Scotch’s web-based back office, focusing on orders, transactions, payments, integrations, reporting, and data-heavy workflows. Lead merchant research, define problems with product managers, collaborate with engineers, design responsive experiences, evolve the design system, and support the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration.

Own the back-office product roadmap for a beverage retail SaaS platform, focusing on inventory, ordering, receiving, pricing, and administrative workflows. Conduct merchant research, define requirements, prioritize releases, partner with engineering, coordinate launches, measure adoption, and shape AI features with appropriate evaluation and human oversight. Support scalable multi-tenant workflows involving roles, permissions, approvals, audit trails, and multiple locations.

Own the roadmap and end-to-end delivery of Scotch’s Android point-of-sale terminal. Responsibilities include researching merchant workflows in stores, prioritizing features and platform work, partnering with engineering, writing requirements, managing device releases, supporting peripherals and unreliable networks, measuring adoption, and coordinating with support, onboarding, and go-to-market teams. The role requires independent decision-making, direct customer engagement, strong communication, and judgment across multiple concurrent workstreams.
