Conduct information security and compliance audits for financial institutions, evaluating policies, procedures, controls, cybersecurity practices, and regulatory requirements. Prepare client reports, support security assessments, manage audit engagements from kickoff through follow-up, communicate findings, maintain cybersecurity knowledge, improve audit processes, and occasionally perform onsite testing. The role is remote with minimal annual travel and requires residence in an eligible state.

Lead and coach the TRAC B2B SaaS sales team, owning bookings, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, CRM discipline, seller development, and full-cycle execution. Support strategic opportunities, develop territory and account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market initiatives, recruit sales talent, and represent the company at client meetings and industry events. The role requires cybersecurity and regulated-industry fluency, with travel up to 25%.

Partners with sales executives to lead discovery conversations, deliver tailored cybersecurity and risk management demonstrations, support RFPs and technical evaluations, and position TRAC against client needs and competitors. Translates technical capabilities into business value for executive and technical audiences, maintains demo environments and CRM records, gathers market feedback, and collaborates with Product and Leadership. Requires cybersecurity, compliance, or SaaS software demonstration experience and up to 25% travel.
