Lead development and implementation of network and telecommunications design standards for AI-focused data center campuses. Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and operations of campus fiber networks, carrier interconnections, structured cabling, and telecommunications facilities. Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors; review engineering deliverables; support site selection, testing, and turnover. Ensure resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and incorporate customer connectivity requirements while evaluating emerging networking technologies to optimize cost and delivery.

Lead sourcing and supplier management for thermal infrastructure (chillers, liquid cooling, CRAH/CRAC, towers, heat exchangers) supporting hyperscale AI and data center deployments. Develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance and manufacturing readiness, coordinate logistics and deployment planning, support technical reviews (FAT/SAT), and mitigate supply risks to ensure deployment scalability and delivery reliability.

Provide legal counsel to SB Energy's teams on energy infrastructure projects, managing outside counsel and reviewing contracts for financing and acquisitions.
