Lead sourcing and supplier management for thermal infrastructure (chillers, liquid cooling, CRAH/CRAC, towers, heat exchangers) supporting hyperscale AI and data center deployments. Develop supplier ecosystems, negotiate commercial agreements, align sourcing with engineering roadmaps and IBP, manage supplier performance and capacity planning, mitigate supply risks, conduct factory assessments, and provide executive reporting on supply chain health and strategy.

Own and coordinate portions of annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and project-level financial operations for development and construction projects. Prepare models, analyze budget-to-actual variances, provide liquidity forecasts, assist treasury and investor reporting, and collaborate across teams to develop assumptions and drive efficiency and ad-hoc financial analyses.

Lead development and implementation of network and telecommunications design standards for AI-focused data center campuses. Oversee design, construction, commissioning, and operations of campus fiber networks, carrier interconnections, structured cabling, and telecommunications facilities. Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors; review engineering deliverables; support site selection, testing, and turnover. Ensure resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and incorporate customer connectivity requirements while evaluating emerging networking technologies to optimize cost and delivery.
