Own complex advisor book transitions from planning through account transfers and handoff, including repapering, ACATs, NIGO resolution, QA, and custodian coordination. Allocate onboarding work, monitor portfolio health, resolve escalations, coach transition specialists, and support the onboarding manager. Maintain playbooks, improve processes, build AI-enabled automations, report risks, and lead pre-go-live planning with advisors, sales, and product teams.

Leads and develops Savvy’s Strategic Growth Managers, driving revenue performance, sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline health, hiring, coaching, and accountability. Partners with executive, marketing, SDR, product, and operations teams to improve acquisition and conversion. Supports complex negotiations, refines sales playbooks, and advises leadership on growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Own the full consultative sales process for recruiting high-producing financial advisors to Savvy. Partner with SDRs, qualify prospects, identify business needs, deliver platform presentations, customize pricing and compensation proposals, manage complex deals, maintain sales activity in internal tools, and report pipeline forecasts to leadership. The role carries quota, involves $200K–$1M+ ARR deals, and requires influencing senior decision-makers through significant business transitions.
