Connect systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Outreach, Gong), design automated prospecting, enrichment, scoring, CRM hygiene, and activation workflows. Test, govern, and optimize AI outputs while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, prioritization, and activation at scale.

Own product operations: build AI-native workflows (Claude Code) to automate roadmap assembly and feedback analysis; lead cross-functional program and project management; align Product, Marketing, and Support; capture and synthesize customer/field feedback to inform prioritization and execution.

The Sales Development Representative will identify sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, setting up appointments for the enterprise sales team while collaborating with team members to drive the sales cycle.
