Work on a General Tree Care crew performing climbing, pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree-care tasks. Safely operate chainsaws and aerial lifts, identify tree and shrub species, follow safety standards, and provide excellent service while working outdoors.

Inspect, diagnose, and treat tree and shrub health issues across a territory; apply treatments and operate spray equipment safely; prepare diagnostic reports, educate clients, and work independently to ensure customer satisfaction and plant preservation.

The Groundsperson collaborates with a team to provide tree care services such as pruning and removals, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
