Own technical and functional customer support for Sardine’s API-driven risk and payment platform. Troubleshoot complex customer issues, analyze API and web-stack problems, collaborate with engineering and third-party providers, document solutions, and advocate for product improvements. The role requires strong knowledge of APIs, cloud infrastructure, SQL, SaaS support, and fintech or compliance environments while operating independently in a remote, high-volume support setting.

Conduct user acceptance, functional, regression, API, performance, and automation testing across dashboard, API, and mobile SDK products. Develop test plans and scripts, document and track defects, perform root cause analysis, support release troubleshooting in cloud environments, and collaborate with customers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.

Leads Sardine’s Integration and Support Engineering organization of approximately 20 people. Builds scalable playbooks, onboarding processes, SLAs, and operational standards; develops technical leaders; provides technical judgment for customer scoping and contracts; partners with Sales, Account Management, and POC teams; and drives successful implementations, customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention.

Own and deliver polished, accessible, high-performance frontend experiences using React and TypeScript. Set frontend technical standards, mentor engineers, use AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to product roadmaps. Build backend services and APIs in Go as needed, collaborate with stakeholders, document user-facing products, and help shape engineering culture and quality.

Lead client onboarding and end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, manage implementation timelines and risks, support customers, maintain API and SDK documentation, analyze SQL and JSON data, build internal automation tools, and provide product feedback to internal teams.

Lead Sardine’s fraud product portfolio, setting vision and roadmap across device intelligence, behavioral biometrics, and machine learning. Manage product managers and partner with engineering, data science, risk operations, marketing, and sales. Drive fraud detection performance, reduce false positives and customer friction, monitor emerging threats, and scale zero-to-one products into enterprise-ready solutions for payment and fraud-prevention customers.

Serve as a technical advisor to prospective customers, supporting Account Executives with fraud and compliance discovery, customized product demonstrations, RFPs, security reviews, and solution designs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve Sardine’s platform and sales processes. Communicate complex technical and business concepts to global clients and contribute to revenue growth in a remote-first environment.

Own integration program plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, feature requests, governance, RACI structures, communications, and project-health reporting. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate Engineering, Product, Integrations, and Solutions teams, manage risks and expectations, and provide technical insight to help prioritize and resolve client needs across concurrent engagements.

Conduct applied research on foundation models for real-time fraud detection using large-scale behavioral and sequential data. Design experiments, benchmarks, holdouts, and monitoring systems; develop models from data preparation through deployment; and optimize training and inference efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, client-facing teams, legal, compliance, and customers to productionize models and establish explainability, governance, and risk documentation.

Own procurement as the company’s first in-house buyer, managing sourcing, vendor relationships, negotiations, contracts, renewals, and purchasing decisions across software, IT, marketing, travel, events, and professional services. Build procurement processes, improve spend visibility, drive savings, guide stakeholders, and coordinate vendor security, privacy, and contract-risk reviews with Finance, Legal, and Security.

Own new business sales for Sardine’s crypto vertical, targeting exchanges, wallets, custodians, on/off-ramps, stablecoin issuers, and blockchain ecosystems. Build pipeline through conferences and industry relationships, lead multi-stakeholder discovery, position integrated fraud and compliance solutions, and structure and close complex multi-module platform deals. The role requires crypto-specific buyer relationships, fluency in AML, KYC/KYB, and sanctions, collaboration with executives and Solutions Engineering, and frequent travel to conferences and client sites.

Manage a portfolio of B2B customers as their primary Sardine stakeholder. Advise clients on fraud, compliance, payments, and risk best practices; explain complex product and technology concepts; coordinate solutions with internal teams; monitor and communicate KPIs; analyze fraud typologies; and support strategic customer expansion while maximizing product ROI.

Lead end-to-end data and ML pipelines for onboarding and fraud decisions: ingest streaming and batch sources, build feature platform and entity resolution, productionize ML models, enforce PII/data governance, and set technical direction while mentoring engineers and ensuring low-latency, reliable serving.

Manage key customer accounts and ensure satisfaction by maximizing ROI from Sardine's fraud prevention products, while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead Sardine's federal GTM: build and qualify pipeline, manage capture cycles through contract award, engage agency stakeholders and SIs, coordinate demos with solutions engineering, maintain Salesforce pipeline, and represent the company at federal industry events.

Lead and scale a Support Engineering team handling complex API and payments issues, own incident response and SLAs, build operational processes, drive metrics and automation, partner cross-functionally, and hire and develop team members.

Lead RevOps analytics and GTM engineering to scale revenue processes. Build analytics infrastructure, evaluate AI-first tech, automate lead-to-cash workflows using AI-assisted development, integrate systems, and deliver data-driven strategic insights across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales.

As a Data Scientist at Sardine, you'll design and deploy data-driven solutions to prevent fraud, collaborating with clients and engineering teams to build and optimize machine learning models.

Lead a globally distributed QA team to define QA strategy, governance, and audit-ready processes for regulated banking clients.
