Serve as the subject matter expert for industrial and environmental health business applications. Apply expertise in industrial hygiene, occupational and environmental health, DoD or military environments, information technology, software development, and related health systems. Support understanding and implementation of occupational and environmental health programs and requirements.

Manages multiple complex contracts and enterprise software or hardware planning efforts. Oversees technical management, supervision, task coordination, and program execution. Requires extensive program management experience, PMP and ITIL certifications, and hands-on OpenText expertise, with OpenText Content Server or AppWorks certification strongly preferred.
