Supports and improves distribution center systems and processes, including WMS, parcel management, automation, scanning, voice, printing, and bagging technologies. Gathers requirements, troubleshoots systems, coordinates vendors and technical teams, executes project milestones, supports testing, creates documentation, provides Tier III functional support, and develops training for distribution staff. Frequent travel and off-hours support may be required.

Analyzes, validates, and prepares distribution data; develops dashboards, reports, and visualizations; supports warehouse management systems, labor management, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement. Partners with Distribution, IT, process teams, engineers, and vendors to provide business intelligence, troubleshoot systems, communicate data insights, and support operational and strategic decisions.

Evaluate new and existing B2B customer credit profiles by reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and trade references; make complex credit decisions, negotiate terms, manage custom orders and records, monitor/report on accounts, mentor analyst team members, communicate findings to customers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with company policies.
