Execute national sales strategy, manage account planning, grow portfolios (Machine Rebuilds, Components), ensure CRM discipline, maintain strong field presence, and align cross-functionally to convert opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Lead a team of underground drilling experts to provide advanced technical support, training, and advisory services for Sandvik underground drills. Drive product launch readiness, troubleshooting, maintenance advisory, drilling optimization programs, and knowledge transfer. Coordinate with sales, product lines, and parts & services to resolve complex issues, document findings, and improve product performance while enforcing EHS standards.
