Manage full-cycle recruiting for field service technicians and skilled technical professionals. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate skills assessments and interviews, partner with hiring managers, analyze labor market and compensation trends, negotiate offers, support onboarding, and contribute to workforce planning. The role requires high-volume recruiting, collaboration with technical schools and industry organizations, candidate relationship management, and some travel.

Lead a team of underground drilling experts to provide advanced technical support, training, and advisory services for Sandvik underground drills. Drive product launch readiness, troubleshooting, maintenance advisory, drilling optimization programs, and knowledge transfer. Coordinate with sales, product lines, and parts & services to resolve complex issues, document findings, and improve product performance while enforcing EHS standards.
