Sandstone Care is an adolescent & young adult treatment program for individuals struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Sandstone Care offers a continuum of care including Detox, Residential Care, Day Treatment, and Intensive Outpatient Programs for adolescents, ages 13-18 and young adults ages, 18-30. We take a systemic approach utilizing evidenced-based practices and integrative care to treat not only the substance use or underlying mental health issues of an individual, but also provide academic and vocational support, required weekly family involvement, weekly community engagement, and nutritional evaluation and support for every individual in the program.
