Oversee delivery of internet speed enhancements by coordinating cross-functional teams, building technical program schedules, tracking progress, analyzing large Excel datasets, managing stakeholder relationships, escalating risks, performing quality checks to protect customer experience, and reporting status to senior management to drive timely issue resolution.

Support budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and workforce/headcount planning. Analyze operational spending, run contractor lifecycle and procurement processes, develop reports and dashboards, lead process improvements, maintain documentation, and prepare executive presentations to improve operational efficiency.

Support product lifecycle from concept to launch for telecommunications initiatives. Translate strategy into program plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, identify and mitigate risks, create product requirements and process documentation, deliver executive presentations, and drive product launches while maintaining product information, tools, and stakeholder communications.
