Manage internet product initiatives, including end-of-life device migration and certification and launch of a new modem. Coordinate product, engineering, testing, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders while maintaining plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, documentation, and leadership reporting. The role requires broadband or telecommunications industry experience, strong project management capabilities, and four days per week onsite in a hybrid environment.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional broadband initiatives, primarily an outage management program improving service disruption identification, handling, and customer communications. Responsibilities include project planning, workflow development, risk and dependency management, stakeholder coordination, governance, executive reporting, requirements validation, process-gap analysis, and delivery oversight. The role requires strong project and program management experience in telecommunications or broadband, with hybrid work four days weekly in Stamford or Denver.

Lead an eight-week current-state assessment across Operations, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, document swim lane processes, evaluate systems, controls, data flows, risks, and inefficiencies, and identify improvement opportunities. Develop prioritized recommendations, quick wins, and a process improvement roadmap with business impact, sequencing, dependencies, and implementation considerations. Communicate findings to business and leadership stakeholders.
