Lead end-to-end technical projects for the Customer Premises Equipment team across the software development lifecycle. Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resources, requirements, testing, implementation, and post-launch activities. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Technology, and business stakeholders; facilitate Agile ceremonies and executive status reporting; and drive continuous improvement. The hybrid role requires four days onsite and focuses on delivering technology, telecom, mobile, digital, and customer experience solutions.

Manage a multi-site C-Band ground clearing project, overseeing third-party vendors, schedules, budgets, supply chain dependencies, documentation, FCC reporting, reimbursement packages, site acceptance, and closeout. Coordinate engineering, operations, finance, procurement, and vendors while tracking risks, performance, costs, and compliance. Prepare project plans, dashboards, status reports, financial analyses, and audit-ready records to ensure timely delivery and continuity of satellite services.

Supports a C-Band spectrum clearing program by maintaining Salesforce data, validating engineering and financial records, organizing documentation, and preparing audit-ready FCC compliance and reimbursement packages. Develops document taxonomies, quality controls, dashboards, reports, and workflow automations using Salesforce, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related tools. Performs reconciliations, mock audits, discrepancy resolution, and process improvements while coordinating with project, engineering, finance, procurement, and vendor teams.
