Supports planning and delivery of mobile, technology, and business projects from requirements through implementation and post-launch. Coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project plans and timelines, tracks risks and dependencies, documents requirements and decisions, supports Agile ceremonies, testing, UAT, reporting, and stakeholder communications. The role also analyzes processes and uses AI productivity tools to improve project tracking and team efficiency.

Coordinates delivery of telecom internet speed enhancement programs across cross-functional teams. Develops schedules, tracks scope, budget, risks, and deliverables; analyzes large Excel datasets; conducts quality checks; resolves issues; manages stakeholder requirements; and communicates project status and blockers to senior management. The role requires Denver-area residence, three in-office days weekly, telecom experience, software development methodology knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, JIRA, SharePoint, and Tableau.

Lead cross-functional broadband programs focused on outage management to improve detection, processes, and customer communications. Build project plans, workflows, and BRDs; manage risks, governance, stakeholder communications, and status reporting. Partner with Business Analysts and technical teams to validate requirements, drive execution, and deliver operational improvements across product, operations, and customer experience.
