The Senior Director of Product Strategy & Operations will drive growth through data analysis and operational excellence, connecting Product with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure success across departments.

Lead product strategy and delivery for the predictive revenue engine, driving AI/ML-powered forecasting and insights. Own discovery, roadmap, KPIs, cross-functional alignment, and launches to boost adoption and revenue outcomes.

Own full-cycle commercial accounts including renewals, upsells, cross-sells and net-new revenue within an SMB territory. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, monitor account health to prevent churn, forecast accurately, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support to solve complex issues and drive expansion.
