Manages daily front office and guest services operations, including check-in and check-out, cash handling, reservations, guest issue resolution, transportation coordination, scheduling, staff training, inventory control, safety procedures, and performance support. Ensures quality guest experiences, accurate hotel records, effective team communication, and departmental financial success.

Maintains kitchen cleanliness and organization by operating dishwashing equipment, washing dishes and cookware, polishing service items, sanitizing work areas, mopping floors, managing trash, and maintaining dishwashing equipment. Supports restaurant and culinary staff while following health, safety, and sanitation requirements. The role involves prolonged standing, frequent lifting and carrying, and working in indoor kitchen environments, including freezers.

Cleans and sanitizes dishware, cookware, silverware, kitchen equipment, dishwashing machinery, floors, work surfaces, and waste areas. Operates automatic dishwashing equipment, manually scrubs items that cannot be machine-washed, restocks clean equipment, maintains the dish room, and supports kitchen sanitation and health compliance. The role requires prolonged standing, frequent lifting and carrying, and working in indoor and freezer environments.
