Processes accounts payable vouchers, credit card transactions, purchase orders, invoices, vendor inquiries, and intercompany transactions for multiple business units. Performs account analysis, reconciliations, general ledger entries, sales and use tax filings, 1099 reporting, and monthly close support. Resolves payment discrepancies, supports audits, maintains vendor relationships, and provides backup coverage. This is an office-based role with Monday–Thursday onsite work and flexible Fridays.

Supports electrical engineering across equipment design, development, production, testing, operation, and maintenance. Reviews drawings and test specifications, develops procedures, operates test equipment, analyzes results, modifies equipment, and documents recommendations. Coordinates manufacturing and testing milestones with other departments, supports procurement and project assignments, addresses nonconformances, and mentors electrical engineers while maintaining NQA-1 compliance and safe work practices.
