Handles property damage and low-to-mid-range bodily injury liability claims. Investigates claims, manages litigation, coordinates with insurers, legal counsel, vendors, and experts, sets reserves, controls indemnity and expenses, identifies exposures, and communicates claim status. Requires casualty claims experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, knowledge of liability laws and insurance coverage, and willingness to obtain required licenses.

Leads distribution center operations, supervisors, warehousing, and transportation solutions. Manages customer relationships, strategic operational planning, continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, employee development, safety programs, performance, communications, data analysis, and potentially profit and loss responsibilities. Requires at least five years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience and five years managing direct reports.

Drive customer onboarding and growth for the Tapped Trailers platform: prospect and set up customers, verify insurance/DOT compliance, resolve transaction and platform issues, monitor inventory and pricing, collect customer feedback, and present results to leadership.
