Processes commercial insurance policies, including new business submissions, applications, endorsements, cancellations, renewals, reinstatements, notices, and policy issuance. Verifies data accuracy and compliance, supports underwriting risk assessment and premium calculations, resolves booking and accounting discrepancies, prepares reports, and communicates with underwriters, brokers, management, and customers. Contributes to process improvement and special projects.

Leads risk-based internal audits, including planning, testing, execution, reporting, and follow-up. Performs risk assessments, business process analysis, compliance reviews, and internal control testing. Develops recommendations to strengthen controls and improve processes, communicates findings to management, resolves issues, and monitors action plans. The role requires knowledge of insurance accounting, regulatory requirements, risk management, data analysis tools, control frameworks, Microsoft Office, and preferably CPA or CIA certification.

Supports commercial property underwriting for new and renewal accounts by coordinating submissions, quotes, binds, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Maintains underwriting records, reviews documentation for completeness, assists with risk analysis, communicates with brokers and stakeholders, monitors workflows, supports audits and reporting, and ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards.
