Oversees data collection, modeling, analysis, dashboards, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Partners with cross-functional teams to define requirements, translates findings into strategic recommendations, presents insights to senior leaders, and drives improvements in analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.

Design, build, test, and ship features for internal content workflow and distribution systems. Collaborate with product and technical project managers to scope work, estimate effort, and plan sprints. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, support on-call operations, and use AI tools to improve development speed and solution quality.
