Teams at Runna

Provide front-line technical support for the Runna app via Intercom, troubleshoot user issues, escalate complex problems to Product/Tech, support colleagues through escalation channels, and help improve user experience. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus weekend and hybrid in-office availability.

Provide frontline customer support via Intercom, troubleshoot app, subscription, Strava and wearable integrations, handle complex escalations, create and maintain Help Centre content, improve support processes and knowledge management, and occasionally represent Runna at community events. Hybrid role based in Denver with a Tue–Sat schedule.
