Evaluate trade-offs, drive data-driven decisions, translate financial concepts for non-finance partners, and partner cross-functionally to test assumptions and ensure operational accountability in a fast-paced healthcare marketplace.

Own the revenue operating model for a core B2B business unit, including GTM planning, targets, quotas, territories, capacity, funnel design, forecasting, and pipeline reviews. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to improve growth economics, refine ICP strategy, and translate performance data into executive decisions. Lead cross-functional planning and manage a team while supporting the transition from growth to scalable execution.

Build scalable, secure data pipelines, models, platforms, and governance systems that enable AI applications to access trusted enterprise data. Partner with analytics, marketing, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, independently deliver projects through production, and support sensitive-data security and access controls. Preferred experience includes LLM architectures, cloud data platforms, infrastructure as code, regulated environments, and technical leadership.
