Teams at Rubrik

Provide technical leadership to regional sales by evangelizing and architecting Rubrik's SaaS data resilience, observability, and remediation solutions (M365, Google Workspace, Jira, Dynamics). Lead technical sales calls, demos, POCs, and opportunity qualification; align product roadmap with customer needs; develop collateral and enablement; and drive adoption of cloud-native protection technologies across customers and partners.

Lead regional sales enablement for North America: design and scale onboarding and value-selling programs, perform gap analyses, partner with regional leadership, drive methodology adoption (MEDDICC/Command of the Message), measure enablement impact via Salesforce and Clari, and own KPIs like quota attainment and win rates.

Perform 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response across networks, endpoints, cloud and SaaS; triage, investigate, and remediate incidents; collaborate with vulnerability management, FedRAMP, and engineering teams; refine detection/playbooks; maintain incident documentation and SOC processes; support FedRAMP-related security and privacy responsibilities and periodic background investigations.
