Leads and expands the financial institutions assurance practice, serving as a trusted advisor to executives, audit committees, and boards. Directs complex audit engagements, provides technical guidance on accounting and regulatory matters, ensures audit quality and compliance, manages engagement profitability, drives business development, and develops high-performing teams. The role requires leadership across client relationships, recruiting, succession planning, and strategic practice growth, with hybrid office work and regular travel.

Supports litigation consulting engagements involving bankruptcy, insolvency, commercial damages, forensic accounting, and fraud investigations. Reviews financial records, legal filings, contracts, and transactions; conducts research; performs forensic analysis and financial modeling; and helps prepare reports for legal proceedings. The intern collaborates with clients and team members, uses Microsoft Office and Adobe, applies accounting knowledge and GAAP, and manages multiple assignments in a professional services environment.

Supports tax production by processing and assembling tax documents, scanning and organizing client records, entering data into tax systems, performing quality checks, tracking workflow deadlines, and assisting with administrative tasks. Collaborates with tax production teams across offices while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational standards. The role requires at least 24 hours per week, with 40 or more hours preferred during the busy season.
