Design and standardize telecommunications infrastructure for Rowan data centers, including ISP/OSP systems, fiber backbone and cabling, carrier/MEET‑ME facilities, network topology/IP strategies, and commissioning/testing (OTDR). Coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, customers, and vendors from design through turnover.

Provide commercial legal support for project financings of data center and power infrastructure projects: draft and negotiate financing documents, advise stakeholders, manage deal teams and due diligence, ensure compliance with green loan requirements, and support portfolio financing strategies.

The Senior Associate manages contract compliance, reviewing agreements, tracking obligations, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
