Coordinates procurement activities for mechanical equipment supporting large data center construction projects. Responsibilities include managing RFPs and RFQs, administering supplier agreements, issuing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring production and delivery schedules, maintaining procurement records, supporting supplier performance reporting, reviewing proposals, reconciling invoices, and coordinating with engineering, construction, finance, legal, project management, and suppliers.

Provides preconstruction and on-site construction support while developing engineering standards and maintaining relationships with agencies and clients.

Manage and improve contract compliance across leases, construction, utility, financing, credit, and other commercial agreements. Develop compliance tracking systems, calendars, covenant trackers, documentation, reporting, and automated workflows. Partner with Finance, Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Business Development to clarify obligations, monitor performance, identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely fulfillment throughout the contract lifecycle.

Own and maintain multiple schedules for large-scale data center development and construction projects. Establish baseline schedules, analyze critical paths, track progress, identify delays, coordinate timelines across internal teams and external stakeholders, and support project reporting. The role also develops scheduling processes, training materials, scenario plans, and schedule updates for leadership and investors.

Supports mechanical, plumbing, controls, and cooling design for data center projects from site origination through operations. Coordinates consultants, evaluates customer requirements, supports construction documents and permitting, provides field engineering support, reviews contractor submittals and RFIs, identifies project risks, and improves constructability. Requires data center or complex industrial MEP experience, HVAC and plumbing knowledge, and familiarity with BMS/EMS, sustainability, and construction practices.

Owns the implementation, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of NetSuite, Coupa, and related finance systems. Partners with Finance and Procurement to configure workflows, controls, integrations, reporting, access, and permissions. Manages data integrity, sandbox refreshes, release testing, change management, documentation, auditability, and issue escalation. Supports financial close, accounting, procurement, and system integrations while ensuring governance, security, and segregation-of-duties standards.

Leads procurement SIOP, demand and supply planning, forecasting, financial modeling, analytics, executive reporting, and process improvement. Develops supplier capacity models, spend and cash flow forecasts, procurement dashboards, and risk metrics while coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Finance, Logistics, and Commercial teams. Supports planning-system integration, data governance, strategic sourcing, capital efficiency, and mitigation of supplier and schedule risks across data center and energy infrastructure projects.

Manage end-to-end procurement for construction equipment, including supplier evaluation, RFPs, contract negotiation, budgeting, cost analysis, vendor performance, compliance, records, and delivery coordination. The role supports data center and power systems projects, collaborates with engineering, construction, and project management teams, and helps develop modular prefabricated solutions. Travel up to 25% is required to project sites and manufacturing facilities.

Leads the design and delivery of high- and medium-voltage transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure for data center projects. Manages consultants and cross-functional teams, coordinates with utilities and procurement, reviews RFPs and proposals, identifies project risks, supports design through commissioning and operations, establishes engineering standards, and mentors engineering staff. The role requires a licensed Professional Engineer, substantial complex electrical project experience, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with engineering and productivity software.

Supports sustainability integration and decarbonization across data center development projects, focusing on site evaluation, due diligence, early design, reporting, certifications, ESG requirements, and performance metrics. Collaborates with development, energy, water, engineering, construction, operations, consultants, contractors, and customers. Assists with sustainability analyses, investment materials, technical reports, and corporate reporting while monitoring industry trends and identifying project risks and opportunities.

Leads the company’s FP&A function, owning the operating P&L, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and executive insights. Partners with Accounting and senior leadership, supports investor and board reporting, improves finance systems and processes, and builds a high-performing FP&A team and scalable finance organization.

Leads enterprise onboarding strategy and learning experience design, including program development, facilitation, content creation, hiring manager enablement, LMS/LXP governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement. Manages cross-functional talent development initiatives from strategy through implementation and evaluation. Uses performance consulting, adult learning, behavioral science, data analysis, change management, and AI-enabled tools to create scalable employee development experiences and measurable business outcomes.

Lead portfolio-wide natural gas strategy and delivery for data center campuses, negotiating pipeline and supply agreements, designing resilient gas delivery solutions, developing hedging and analytics, coordinating cross-functional teams, shaping site selection and investment cases, and representing the company with utilities and partners to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective on-site power fuel supply.

Owns the Development organization’s digital transformation by selecting and implementing core technology platforms, establishing data governance, building dashboards and KPIs, and partnering with Data Engineering to create reliable reporting infrastructure. The role drives tool adoption through training and change management, collaborates with cross-functional teams to align workflows and reporting, and continuously improves data quality, dashboards, and processes. Requires strong business systems, data, reporting, stakeholder management, and SQL capabilities.
