Advise business teams on negotiations, vendor relationships, and contract terms while coordinating with legal colleagues, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders to streamline contracting and support complex infrastructure projects.

Own and maintain schedules for multiple large-scale data center development and construction projects. Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, contractors, technical leads, and internal departments to establish baselines, analyze critical paths, forecast progress, identify delays, and report milestones. Maintain schedule records, evaluate planning scenarios, quantify impacts of changes, support stakeholder and investor updates, and develop scheduling processes, training materials, and best practices.
