Acquire and engage independent veterinary professionals through high-volume, data-driven outreach and local events; manage a HubSpot pipeline; match vets to hospital shifts; drive fast activation and re-engage inactive users to grow regional supply.

Lead growth analytics by partnering with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify opportunities, design and analyze experiments, build dashboards, and surface actionable insights to move key metrics and OKRs.

Serve as primary enterprise support contact for veterinary hospital groups: triage and resolve tickets, maintain HubSpot and trackers, investigate recurring issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, escalate complex cases, and report trends to improve enterprise support workflows and customer experience.

Manage the Relief-to-Hire placement process for veterinary professionals: guide candidates from interest to offer, coordinate with hospital partners and internal teams, maintain records in HubSpot, support billing and reporting, follow SOPs, and identify process improvements to increase placement success.

Senior leader owning Sales Operations strategy, systems, and analytics to drive predictable revenue. Responsibilities include HubSpot architecture and governance, forecasting, compensation design, quota/territory modeling, reporting/ETL alignment with Data and Finance, automation, and building a high-performing Sales Ops team to scale marketplace supply and demand motions.
