Leads and coaches principals across a school portfolio to improve student achievement, attendance, staff retention, and overall school performance. Responsibilities include management and coaching cycles, data-driven action planning, principal professional development, network resource coordination, and crisis support. The role monitors portfolio outcomes, builds leadership capacity, facilitates principal collaboration, and spends approximately 80% of the time working onsite in schools.

Leads school operations, including arrival, scheduling, facilities, safety, data systems, budgets, enrollment, attendance, and student persistence. Builds scalable processes, manages operational resources, recruits families, and develops the operations team through coaching and accountability. Partners with campus leadership to protect instructional time and create a safe, welcoming, efficient school environment.

Leads the organization’s project management infrastructure and high-complexity, cross-functional initiatives. Builds project standards, planning tools, decision frameworks, and implementation routines; manages risks, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder alignment. Serves as a strategic advisor to leaders, visits campuses to incorporate school-level perspectives, and manages the Manager of Events and NST Logistics. The role also develops organizational project-management capacity and ensures major initiatives are executed with clarity, accountability, and follow-through.
