Lead and improve school operational systems (attendance, enrollment, facilities, safety, scheduling, logistics). Manage and develop operations staff, ensure data accuracy and compliance, steward budgets, coordinate family engagement, and partner with instructional leaders to maximize instructional time and a safe, welcoming learning environment.

Lead financial partnership and FP&A for a multi-site K-12 nonprofit: build budget-literacy curriculum, prepare monthly P&L and variance analyses, support grant budgeting and compliance, model scenarios and risks, present board-ready materials, and collaborate with principals, controllers, and development teams to ensure accurate, audit-ready budgets and financial sustainability.

Serve as the CEO's proactive strategic partner by managing calendar, meetings, travel, agendas, communications, and materials; anticipate needs, optimize office processes, protect the CEO's time and well-being, and represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism.
