Serve as the CEO's proactive strategic partner by managing calendar, meetings, travel, agendas, communications, and materials; anticipate needs, optimize office processes, protect the CEO's time and well-being, and represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism.

Lead and improve school operational systems (attendance, enrollment, facilities, safety, scheduling, data, and budgets). Manage and develop operations staff, coordinate logistics and family communication, ensure compliance and emergency preparedness, and align operations with instructional priorities to maximize instructional time and student engagement.

Lead strategy and implementation of college access across secondary schools, build college-going culture, design programming (applications, financial aid, dual enrollment), partner with schools and colleges, use data to monitor outcomes, manage and develop college access team, and expand equitable post-secondary opportunities for historically marginalized students.
