Serve as the CEO's proactive strategic partner by managing calendar, meetings, travel, agendas, communications, and materials; anticipate needs, optimize office processes, protect the CEO's time and well-being, and represent the CEO with discretion and professionalism.

Lead network-wide special education compliance by auditing IEPs/FBAs/BIPs, tracking timelines and service delivery, overseeing evaluations and state reporting, coaching staff, partnering with school and district leaders, identifying risks, and advising leadership on program integrity.

Lead network-level coaching and implementation for classroom management, attendance, behavior, and culture systems. Coach deans and new teachers in-field, analyze attendance and persistence data, design professional learning, partner cross-functionally to remove barriers, and drive retention and student outcomes across schools.

Manage Board and executive governance operations, including preparing and archiving meeting materials, taking minutes, ensuring compliance with bylaws and trainings, and coordinating logistics for board, committee, and network events. Serve as a discreet, detail-oriented partner to senior leadership and execute major network event logistics with cross-functional teams.
