Schedules and coordinates participant appointments with clinics, specialists, contracted providers, transportation, and internal departments. Documents calls and appointment details in participant charts, enters scheduling and service data into electronic medical records, supports clinic staff and providers, maintains department supplies and equipment, and helps coordinate treatment plans and services.

Provides administrative and documentation support for an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Coordinates meeting agendas, attendance, minutes, assessments, care plans, participant status updates, and regulatory documentation in the EHR. Communicates with participants, caregivers, and community partners while maintaining tracking materials, coverage schedules, distribution lists, and compliance records.

Prepares, cooks, portions, serves, and garnishes meals for organizational functions. Maintains food safety, sanitation, and health standards; prepares large-quantity meals, baked goods, and hors d’oeuvres; estimates food consumption; cleans work areas; and assists other cooks during busy periods. May transport meals between day center locations and rotate among multiple sites.
