Schedules and coordinates participant appointments with clinics, specialists, contracted providers, transportation, and internal departments. Documents calls and appointment details in participant charts, enters scheduling and service data into electronic medical records, supports clinic staff and providers, maintains department supplies and equipment, and helps coordinate treatment plans and services.

Provides administrative and documentation support for an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Coordinates meeting agendas, attendance, minutes, assessments, care plans, participant status updates, and regulatory documentation in the EHR. Communicates with participants, caregivers, and community partners while maintaining tracking materials, coverage schedules, distribution lists, and compliance records.

Prepares, cooks, portions, serves, and garnishes meals for organizational functions. Maintains food safety, sanitation, and health standards; prepares large-quantity meals, baked goods, and hors d’oeuvres; estimates food consumption; cleans work areas; and assists other cooks during busy periods. May transport meals between day center locations and rotate among multiple sites.

Coordinates home care nursing within an interdisciplinary team, including care planning, provider orders, phone triage, scheduling, chart audits, documentation, home visits, medication and treatment administration, participant education, and reporting changes in condition. Provides support to home care nurses, participates in meetings and quality assurance activities, maintains supplies, and covers rotating after-hours and weekend calls.

Provides skilled nursing assessments to PACE participants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, communicates with families and caregivers, and delivers patient education. Requires Colorado RN licensure, healthcare experience, familiarity with electronic health records and medical equipment, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. The role offers full-time daytime shifts, hourly pay, benefits, onboarding, and no on-call requirements.

Performs senior-level accounting, auditing, reconciliations, fixed asset management, month-end and year-end close activities, financial reporting, budgeting, claims accrual analysis, accounts payable support, and audit coordination. Maintains accurate financial records, supports healthcare-related accounting processes, trains staff, prepares management and board reporting, and assists with internal controls, special projects, and regulatory financial documentation.

Provides administrative and front desk support across departments, including call handling, scheduling, mail processing, data entry, recordkeeping, conference room coordination, inventory management, purchasing, and document preparation. Maintains office supplies and equipment, supports emergency procedures, communicates organizational information, and delivers professional customer service. Requires accurate multitasking, confidentiality, organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, and experience supporting office operations and elderly or disabled individuals.
