The role requires 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience in parking technology, proptech, commercial real estate, or workplace technology; strong qualification discipline; and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Candidates should bring relevant industry relationships, especially with major commercial real estate firms, and may help build an AE team as the company scales.

Lead and scale the company’s full-funnel marketing engine, with primary responsibility for member acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention while supporting host growth. Own paid acquisition, organic, lifecycle, referral, social, brand, experimentation, analytics, budgets, and marketing unit economics. Build a scalable, diversified growth engine; manage CAC, LTV, payback, and channel performance; partner cross-functionally; and lead a multidisciplinary marketing team through significant company growth.
