Conduct complex AML investigations across cryptocurrency, brokerage, and fiat transactions; analyze blockchain fund flows using Chainalysis, TRM, or similar tools; assess customer risk; draft regulatory Suspicious Activity Reports; manage investigations through closure; and identify monitoring trends, control gaps, and process improvements supporting BSA/AML compliance.

Provide real-time support to customer experience agents across chat, email, and phone. Apply policies and escalation playbooks, resolve straightforward cases, issue authorized credits and refunds, de-escalate tense situations, route complex issues to supervisors, document interactions, and identify recurring questions or process gaps. The role offers progressive responsibility for more complex escalations and is unlicensed.

Manages daily margin calls, margin sellouts, account risk, intraday alerts, reconciliations, escalations, interest rates, and operational testing. Communicates with customers, supports critical incidents and on-call coverage, maintains SOPs, and partners with clearing, product, compliance, international, and engineering teams to improve processes, automation, and regulatory compliance.
