The Managing Attorney will oversee foreclosure and litigation departments, supervise staff, develop client relations, and ensure compliance with firm policies. Must have extensive knowledge of creditors' rights law and 8+ years of experience in Colorado.

Run Military and Bankruptcy searches and complete client-specific compliance assignments throughout the foreclosure process. Provide search results to clients in required formats, perform SCRA and bankruptcy event re-projections in LPS, maintain data accuracy, meet deadlines, and follow detailed legal and client instructions in a high-volume remote environment.

Provide foreclosure and real estate litigation support: review loan documents and conditions precedent, draft pleadings and correspondence, attend hearings, update case systems, ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections laws, maintain confidentiality, analyze files and recommend corrective actions. NY Bar required.
