Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a key commerce product area. Use AI tools to synthesize research, prototype concepts, drive end-to-end product development, own prioritization and releases, align cross-functional teams, and champion client needs to ensure high-quality, data-driven outcomes for enterprise eCommerce customers.

Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo for Brands and Retailers services. Maintain integrations and data consistency, configure AI capabilities, troubleshoot platform and data issues, build scalable automations, and support Services teams to improve adoption and operational efficiency.

Provide in-house legal counsel across the Americas on commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing), employment matters, corporate governance, privacy, compliance, and AI governance. Negotiate agreements, support HR and cross-functional stakeholders, implement legal operations and AI-enabled workflows, coordinate external counsel, and contribute to process and policy development to manage enterprise risk and support growth.

Lead the creation and management of the enterprise program management infrastructure, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and drive successful strategic initiative delivery using AI and automated systems.

Manage and optimize digital and retail media campaigns across major platforms for enterprise e-commerce clients. Translate objectives into media strategies, set up and monitor campaigns, manage budgets, provide performance insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and client success.
