Manage daily GSA vehicle operations including inspections, logistics, maintenance coordination, documentation, and customer/GSA liaison. Ensure compliance with GSA, IAA, DOT standards, support auction prep, yard safety, and general branch tasks to maintain operational readiness and accurate records.

Lead the CSOC by overseeing detection, incident response, and SOC operations; act as technical escalation point; improve SIEM-driven detection, playbooks, automation, and metrics to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Sell products and services to strategic target accounts across major US cities. Maintain executive-level relationships, expand and retain named accounts, meet quotas, coordinate resources, use Salesforce to manage the sales process, represent the company at trade shows, and report progress to the GM.
