Manage day-to-day pretax administration for employer groups and partners, handle inbound calls and emails, resolve escalations, assist with billing and renewals, generate reporting, document activity in CRM, and liaise with IT and internal teams to ensure service and plan changes are communicated and resolved.

Lead enterprise insurance analytics initiatives supporting underwriting, claims, finance, and operations. Build reporting and dashboards, ensure data integrity across TPAs and systems, support captive program performance, partner with actuary and IT, and present actionable insights to leadership.

Serve as primary claims advisor for brokerage clients across multiple lines of coverage. Provide strategic guidance on reporting, development, settlement, and resolution; advocate on complex or disputed claims; analyze trends and reserves; conduct stewardship reviews; support renewal and placement with claims insights; prepare client reports and dashboards; coordinate consulting projects and collaborate with producers, account teams, carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel to improve outcomes and reduce total cost of risk.
