Lead strategy and lifecycle for mortgage products (Agency, Government, Jumbo, Non-QM, DPA), manage investor relationships and execution, partner cross-functionally to launch products, optimize pricing and post-closing operations, and present performance and recommendations to executive leadership.

Manage the lock desk and support mortgage pricing, Optimal Blue configuration, loan sale processes, hedge model audits, competitor rate tracking, and reporting/analytics development. Provide data-driven pricing recommendations and run daily pricing and forward reports to support sales, post-closing, and senior management.

Lead the Design Center guiding homebuyers through personalization, manage selections and documentation, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, curate model homes, drive Design Studio revenue and profitability, train staff, and ensure market-aligned, high-quality customer experiences.
