Manage Monday.com systems, resource planning, vendor coordination, AI and automation enablement, and cross-functional program delivery to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalable workflows across Brand, Web, Video, Events, Social, and Product Marketing.

Monitor production networks and alarms, investigate and troubleshoot VOIP, data, and system issues per SOPs, update tickets, implement disaster recovery, triage with vendors and customers, escalate complex problems, and operate independently during 2nd shift.
