Collaborate with manufacturing, field teams, and use GitLab/JIRA and AI-assisted tools to deliver robust system updates and documentation.

Manages daily operations for a small- to medium-sized site and supervises a small team. Oversees contracted copy, courier, print, hospitality, imaging, and mail services; ensures staffing, service quality, SLAs, audits, customer satisfaction, reporting, and contractual obligations. Leads employee coaching, training, performance management, and career development while identifying workflow improvements and resolving pricing, ordering, and invoicing issues.
