Manages customer accounts and interfaces with clients to deliver contracted services, address production and job requirements, coordinate presales and ongoing engagements, quote commercial and transactional print projects, provide equipment and production support, and grow account volume and new business. The role requires extensive customer interaction, print production knowledge, flexible shifts, and occasional physical work in a production facility.

Software Engineering Interns design, develop, test, debug, document, and improve software components in an Agile environment. They collaborate with mentors and engineering teams, evaluate software alternatives, troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to business-focused technology projects. Interns also present their work to executives and develop technical and professional skills through hands-on project experience.

Develop and maintain software applications and data analysis tools using Python or C++. Build automated workflows, process and visualize data, test and debug solutions, document implementations, participate in code reviews, and present findings. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to create scalable, reliable tools that support engineering objectives, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
