Lead sales and business development for RH Contract across hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. Build client relationships, grow revenue and margins, qualify opportunities, deliver tailored presentations, manage forecasts, and collaborate with design, project management, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role is field-based, client-facing, and requires regular travel and industry event participation.

Build and grow the interior design trade business by representing the RH brand, developing relationships with design clients, conducting consultations and site visits, supporting design development, coordinating services and installations, and providing expert product knowledge and luxury-level service. The role also maintains showroom visual and quality standards while collaborating with the Residential Trade Leader and internal teams.

Directs commercial contracting across procurement, suppliers, technology, marketing, logistics, hospitality, and other business functions. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business leaders on legal risks, leads contract lifecycle management strategy, develops templates and playbooks, introduces AI-enabled legal workflows, analyzes contracting metrics, mentors paralegals, and partners with Legal leadership.
