Supervises a five-person Claims team responsible for resolving customer deductions, credits, unapplied cash, short payments, and account discrepancies. Oversees workloads, performance, escalations, reporting, controls, and SAP record accuracy. Partners cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, Credit and Collections, Cash Application, and Trade Operations to resolve issues, improve working capital, identify root causes, and implement sustainable process improvements.
